Homestead Properties has been owned and operated by the same group for 26 years. Our goal is to fulfill our tenants needs with a trustworthy home-like environment. We provide 24 hour maintenance with a staff that is very trustworthy and have an excellent system in place to insure superior management and customer service of all our properties.

Our tenant profile at Homestead Properties is outstanding. All of our properties have excellent locations, located near East Tennessee State University (ETSU), the Johnson City Medical Center and the Veteran’s Administration located in Johnson City, Tennessee. We have strict leasing qualifications for prospective tenants which helps insure a strong tenant profile at all of our properties. We have a longstanding relationship with the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine and are able to lease to many of the medical students and residents who attend school at ETSU or who come to work at the Medical Center or the Veterans Administration, both of which are teaching institutions.

We also have excellent apartments for families, tenants with pets, one-level living for retirees, graduate and undergraduate students, etc. We also have an excellent reputation for superior management and maintenance, which brings us many referrals from current or past tenants. Also, because we have four different locations, which include 10 different floor plans, we have a wide variety of apartments and price ranges to offer.
