"I have had a great experience as a tenant of Homestead Properties. I live in one of the renovated duplexes on Lamont St. I wish I didn’t have to move but I wanted a fenced backyard for my dog. They did a great job on the renovation itself, and their customer service has always been fantastic. Last summer, when the renovation took longer than planned (of no fault of their own) they allowed me to live in an alternative very nice townhome until I was able to move in to my place now. To make up for the delay they moved all my furniture themselves for free. Any maintenance issues I have had have been addressed promptly. There is always someone there to pick up the phone when I call. I have had no complaints and would recommend them to anyone moving to Johnson City."

“I have lived at willow creek for 2 years and I couldn’t have chosen a more convenient and relaxing place to call home. All of their properties are convenient to ETSU and the monthly pest control is a wonderful plus! All of the office staff are very kind and always do their best when needing to accommodate tenants to any problems! The new pool is amazing in the summer as well! I think you will be making a great choice choosing Homestead properties as your new home.”

“I have lived here for 4 years now and I have no complaints! I live in one of the apartments on Buccaneer Drive and it’s quite nice to live so close to ETSU campus and downtown JC. The neighborhood is so quiet. Anytime we need maintenance to fix something, they come as soon as possible. I also think it’s awesome that Homestead Properties gives you until the 5th of each month to pay rent. I would highly recommend living here!”
