**Disclaimer: As of May 24, 2021 our policies for holding units have been amended. Due to an unprecedented demand for our units, we are now operating on a first come, first served basis. It is important that you get all documents submitted and fees paid in a timely manner. Our leasing agents work hard to get you qualified as quickly as possible. Applying for a unit available does not guarantee said unit. Placing a deposit once the application is approved will put you on the list for an apartment.  We will contact you as soon as one becomes available to set up a move-in date. If for some reason we are unable to provide you with a unit by your move-in date, the deposit will be refunded in full. We understand moving can be a stressful process and we thank you for your understanding.

  • 1 Please fill out the form above. If the question does not apply to you, put NA for not applicable.
  • 2 Review the application and make sure all information you entered is correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • 3 You will attach your most recent pay stubs or proof of income/employment to the application. If you are a student and have Financial Aid, please submit your award letter. If you have savings, please attach a screenshot of your account.
  • 4 After CAREFUL REVIEW, you may submit the application and print off a copy for your records. There is a $35.00 application fee per applicant. APPLICATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
  • 5 Make sure you have signed the application using DocuSign. An application without a signature cannot be processed.
  • 6 Once we receive your application, a leasing agent will be in contact within 48 hours. After all documents have been received and application fees paid, it can take up to 3 days to be approved.
  • 7 If you have any pets, the office will send you a specific link to register them through PetScreening.com for approval.
